sewer compact fee Mayor would do well to listen and end this debate now

I am living at Hubbard Hill now, but I still read the newspaper — as does everyone else here. So I am using this process for reaching Elkhart Mayor Dick Moore, whom I consider a friend of mine.

Mayor Moore, you cannot be so set in your ways that you will not listen to reason with respect to sewer fees both inside and outside the city.

Also, Mayor Moore, task forces and the committees you appoint must be open to the public. They cannot meet in secret.

An end should be put to this controversial subject — and it should be done now.
