Merjorada-Espinosa was cited for never receiving a license.

The driver of the Aviator, Randy Morales, 26, of Elkhart, was uninjured and was cited for failure to yield.

The second crash occurred on the other side of the intersection at 3:36 p.m. when a silver minivan heading southbound on C.R. 17 attempted to turn left onto C.R. 18 and struck an oncoming red SUV driving westbound on C.R. 18.
