Man arrested, cited after one-car crash
A man was arrested after he was found with a breath alcohol content twice the amount of the legal limit.

BRISTOL — A man found with a breath alcohol content twice as much as the legal limit was arrested and cited after he was involved in an accident just west of Bristol.
Duante Berry, 51, of Bristol, was driving east on C.R. 8, west of C.R. 21 when he lost control and went off the south side of the road into a ditch and a line of trees at 10:08 p.m. Sunday, May 26, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department.
Berry’s vehicle hit multiple trees and had to be towed from the scene. Berry was found with a breath alcohol content of .17 percent. He complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Elkhart General Hospital, where he was treated and released.
Berry was then booked at the Elkhart County Jail for driving while intoxicated. He was also issued a citation for unsafe lane movement.
