Anthony Frazier, 47, was visiting with friends at his apartment, 169 N. Fifth St., on April 19, 2007. There was a knock on the door and Anthony left the room he was in to answer the door. Two people inside the apartment heard multiple gun shots fired. Frazier was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
