The car in which Maria Ramirez died Friday had spun out of control prior to colliding with the other vehicle.
ELKHART — The vehicle in which Maria Ramirez was riding when a fatal accident occurred Friday morning had spun out of control before crashing with an SUV on the other side of the road, according to an accident report.
