ELKHART

Mark Farias II, 27, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at C.R. 6 and C.R. 7 on May 18. He had a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 on a certified test.

Shelley A. Cregier, 43, of Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at C.R. 20 and C.R. 1 on May 18. She had a blood-alcohol level of 0.19 on a certified test.

Michael Ravenscroft, 22, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at 53400 C.R. 9 on May 18.

Robert Yaratch, 22, of 2911 Hammond Ave., was arrested on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, fleeing, false informing and two acts of battery by body waste at 2808 Cassopolis St. on May 18.

A 15-year-old male was arrested on a preliminary charge of shoplifting at Sears, 154 W. Hively Ave., on May 19.

Cody Hulett, 21, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated on S.R. 19 north of C.R. 4 on May 19.

Keith Hamilton was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated near West Franklin Street and South Shore Drive on May 19.

Michael McCormick, 27, of 222 S. Michigan St., was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated near Cassopolis and Grove streets on May 19.

Antwane Boone, 23, was arrested on a preliminary charge of public intoxication at 12 Malcom Drive on May 20.

Grant Roger Smith, 22, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated on C.R. 18 west of Phaeton Place on May 20.

Nancy Chupp, 46, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at Prairie Street and Jackson Boulevard. on May 20. She had a blood-alcohol level of 0.09 on a certified test.

Christopher Elliott, 41, of 215 W. Beardsley Ave., was arrested on a preliminary charge of public intoxication at North Main Street and Pottawattomi Street on May 20.

A 14-year-old student was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana at Elkhart Central High School, 1 Blazer Blvd., on May 22.

A 16-year-old girl was arrested on a preliminary charge of shoplifting at Sears, 154 W. Hively Ave., on May 22.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on a preliminary charge of shoplifting at 175 W. C.R. 6 on May 22.

Joshua Ulery, 20, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving as a habitual traffic violator on Hively Avenue east of Benham Avenue on May 23.

Johnathon Callahan, 21, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at C.R. 13 and C.R. 28 on May 24.

Gary Middleton, 22, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force on a charge of probation violation in the 2700 block of Home Avenue on May 24.

Kasie Wolf, 36, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 54000 block of Independence Street on May 24.

Glenda Adams, 32, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 54000 block of Independence Street on May 24.

GOSHEN

Joseph Lewallen, 34, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana at 20248 C.R. 19 on May 18.

Victoria Marquis, 18, and a juvenile female, were arrested on preliminary charges of shoplifting at Kohl’s, 3802 Midway Road, on May 23.

Russell Leach, 42, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving as a habitual traffic violator in the area of 201 N. Main St. on May 23.

Justin O. Marsh, 22, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated in the 4000 block of Elkhart Road on May 24.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving with a suspended license at C.R. 15 and C.R. 26 on May 25.

BRISTOL

Kyle Reames, 21, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated on S.R. 15 near S.R. 120 on May 19. He had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 on a certified test.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on a preliminary charge of minor consumption at 15472 William Paul Drive on May 20.

Marcus Gonzales, 34, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated on U.S. 20 west of C.R. 29 on May 23.
