DUI

Todd J. Halsey, 44, of Edwardsburg, Mich., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Saturday morning at Cassopolis Street and C.R. 6, Elkhart Patrolman Jason Ray said in a report. Halsey’s blood-alcohol content was 0.20 percent, Ray said.

Elkhart:

• Joseph A. Moore, 18, of 26762 Roseland Road, was arrested on preliminary misdemeanor charges of DUI and underage drinking following a traffic stop Saturday morning at Cassopolis Street and C.R. 6 , Elkhart Sgt. Todd Thayer said in a report. Moore’s blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, Thayer said.

• Francisco Garcia, 26, of 3314 C Lane, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Saturday at Hively Avenue and Monger Street, Elkhart Patrolman Bryan Moore said in a report. Garcia’s blood-alcohol content was 0.13 percent, Moore said.

• Edwin Halliburton, 44, of 714 Middlebury St., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Saturday afternoon in the 500 block of South Fourth Street, Elkhart Cpl. Eric Sommer said in a report. Halliburton’s blood-alcohol level was 0.22 percent, Sommer said.

• Aaron Nieto-Perez, 22, of 712 Bayberry Drive, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Sunday morning in the 500 block of South Main Street, Elkhart Sgt. James Ballard said in a report. Nieto-Perez’s blood-alcohol content was 0.13 percent, Ballard said.

• Stacie Lane, 26, of 29893 C.R. 16 E., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a crash Friday morning on S.R. 19, south of North Shore Drive, Elkhart County Patrolman Steve Jastrzembski said in a report. Lane’s blood-alcohol level was 0.10 percent, Jastrzembski said.

• Robin Shirk, 49, of Mishawaka, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Friday night near C.R. 20 and C.R. 7, Elkhart County Patrolman Kenneth Rosengarten said in a report. Shirk’s blood-alcohol level was 0.09 percent, Rosengarten said.

• Richard Bock, 38, of 27610 Midland Drive, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Saturday morning at C.R. 20 and Benham Avenue, Elkhart County Patrolman Kenneth Rosengarten said in a report. Bock refused to take a blood-alcohol test, Rosengarten said.

• Kurt Gabrielson, 36, of 513 S. Apple Road, Osceola, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI after he was stopped near C.R. 3 and C.R. 24 on suspicion of leaving the scene of a crash on C.R. 3 near C.R. 36 Saturday evening, Elkhart County Sgt. Ryan Hubbell said in a report. Gabrielson’s blood-alcohol level was 0.18 percent, Hubbell said.

• James H. Durben, 41, of Edwardsburg, Mich., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Sunday night in the 51000 block of S.R. 19, Elkhart County Patrolman Steve Jastrzembski said. Durben refused to take a blood-alcohol test, Jastrzembski said.

• Ryan Ryall, 19, of 1116 N. Strong Ave., was arrested on preliminary misdemeanor charges of DUI and marijuana possession in the 30000 block of Old U.S. 20 at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Goshen Patrolman Tony Barkey said in a report. Ryall’s blood-alcohol content was 0.18 percent, Barkey reported.

Goshen:

• Andres Galindo-Ramirez, 19, of 609 Noel, was arrested on preliminary charges of DUI and driving without a license at Lincoln Avenue and Harrison Street at 12:37 a.m. Saturday, Goshen Patrolman Brad Hershberger said in a report. Galindo-Ramirez’s blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, Hershberger reported.

• Jason J. Hertenstein, 31, of 300 N. Hopkins St. Newman, Ill., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor DUI charge in the 400 block of South Eighth Street at 2:21 a.m. Sunday, Goshen Sgt. Thomas Fuller said in a report. Hertenstein’s blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, Fuller reported.

• Graciela Mojica, 48, of 512 W. Second St., Ligonier, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor DUI charge in the 2300 block of Lincolnway East at 3:35 a.m. Sunday, Goshen Patrolman Joshua Havens said in a report. Mojica’s blood-alcohol content was 0.11 percent, Havens reported.

• Neal Wyman, 25, of 407 N. Indiana Ave., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor DUI charge in the 500 block of West Lincoln Avenue at 10:50 p.m. Sunday, Goshen Sgt. Thomas Fuller said in a report. Wyman’s blood-alcohol content was 0.13 percent, Fuller reported.

• David W. Kasamis, 25, of 1529 Strong Ave., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI following a traffic stop Sunday night near C.R. 20 and Sassafras Street, Elkhart County Patrolman Andrew Ahlersmeyer said in a report. Kasamis’ blood-alcohol level was 0.12 percent, Ahlersmeyer said.

• Shane Hernley, 33, of 1101 Tramore Circle, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor DUI charge in the 1300 block of West Pike Street at 9:46 p.m. Thursday, Goshen Patrolman Elva Yoder said in a report. Hernley’s blood-alcohol content was 0.16 percent, double the legal definition of intoxication, Hernley reported.

• Michael E. Johnson, 40, of 11678 C.R. 40, Millersburg, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor DUI charge at Main and Jefferson streets at 10:11 p.m. Thursday, Goshen Sgt. Thomas Fuller said in a report. Johnson’s blood-alcohol content was 0.13 percent, Fuller reported.

• Baldemar Lopez Jr., 38, of 215 S. Riverside Blvd., was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor DUI charge at Main and Clinton streets at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday, Goshen Patrolman Nick McCloughen said in a report. Lopez’s blood-alcohol content was 0.24 percent, McCloughen reported.
