The teens, all 15 years of age, were arrested Aug. 19 and were all charged with delinquency petitions of arson, burglary and criminal mischief.
The hearings were held separately Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The three teenagers admitted to arson and criminal mischief during questioning by an attorney. They admitted to having entered the vacant building, located at 1375 Lincolnway E., and starting a fire Aug. 12.
They also admitted to having caused damage to the building by breaking its windows sometime between the end of July and Aug. 4.
The juveniles will be released from the juvenile detention center and placed on supervised probation and electronic monitoring. All three were ordered to not have any contact with each other and to delete their Facebook accounts.
They were also ordered to participate in the victim-offender reconciliation program, to complete community service and to complete an addictions assessment.
Because they were charged as juveniles, the names of the teenagers have not been released.
