Hummel is married to Dale Hummel. They have one daughter and one granddaughter.
Hummel enjoys traveling, and makes scrapbooks to preserve memories. After teaching high school math for 43 years, her life is still dedicated to children with her time now devoted to mentoring elementary students and volunteering to speak for abused and neglected children as a court appointed special advocate (CASA). Hummel was Volunteer of the Year for Child and Parents Services this past year.

Miller is married to Floyd Miller. They have two children and one granddaughter.
Miller enjoys a variety of activities and interests, including exercising, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, family and friends. Miller is a member of Nappanee Missionary Church. She has been unable to work for the last 20 years due to a serious car accident and open heart surgery, but is grateful for God’s healing in both of these situations. Miller is an active volunteer in her community and church, where she participates in mentoring and collecting donations for those in need.

Catron was married to Wendell Catron for 47 years before he passed away in 2012. She has two children and five grandchildren.
Catron keeps busy attending her grandchildren’s school functions and sporting events. Catron attends West Goshen Church of the Brethren and is a 19-year full-time employee at Lowe’s Home Center, with no plans to retire. Catron enjoys traveling and the occasional visit to Four Winds Casino.

Eisenhour is married to Rex Eisenhour. They have two children.
Eisenhour enjoys walking, reading good books, travel and being a source of encouragement for others. She is a member of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, Gideon’s Auxiliary, Toastmasters and New Paris Church of the Brethren. Eisenhour taught in public and private schools before retiring. Eisenhour has been a volunteer with FFA, 4-H and Greencroft.

Shaffer has lost two husbands to cancer. She is a step-great-great-grandmother of 10.
Retired, Shaffer has volunteered with Ribbon of Hope and is active in her church. She is an avid reader and former member of the Elkhart Symphony Chorus. Shaffer loves travel and any type of music, although Broadway musicals are her favorite. Shaffer sings mostly solo, but enjoys harmonizing on occasion.

Zerbe is married to John Zerbe. They have two children and eight grandchildren.
Zerbe enjoys needlework, candy making, crafting, golfing and vacationing with her husband. A member of Creekside Church, Zerbe volunteers as worship team leader and wedding liaison, and proudly served as chairperson for construction of their new church. Prior to retiring from an independent insurance agency in Goshen as marketing representative and producer, Zerbe worked with the Kokomo Chamber of Commerce and American Animal Hospital Association. She is a 43-year charter member of the Four Seasons Homemakers Extension Club, where she has served many leadership roles. Zerbe is also a cancer survivor, now cancer free for a year.

Good was married to Sam Good for 40 years before his death in 2008. Good has five children, all 10-year 4-H members, and 16 grandchildren, two who are 10-year members and seven who have started their 4-H careers.
Good is a full-time settlement clerk for a transport company, an active member of Bethany Church of the Brethren, a fair board member in charge of the horseshoe pitching and the current secretary/treasurer of the Michiana Horseshoe League in Elkhart. During her free time, Good keeps busy attending her grandchildren’s activities, although she also enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

Resler is the mother of four, all of whom are 10-year 4-H members in Elkhart County, and the grandmother of 10.
Resler is an active member of Waterford Mennonite Church, Michiana Master Gardeners of Elkhart County and the Albion Lion’s Club. She serves on the board of directors of Goshen College’s Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center, where she is also a program volunteer. Resler volunteers at The Crossing Alternative School and Goshen Interfaith Hospitality. In her free time, Resler enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, sharing culinary products and creations, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and pets.

Tunks is married to John Tunks. They have one daughter, two grandchildren and 56 international sons and daughters from the student exchange program.
Tunks is employed as a program director at CET International. She is active in Second Chance Small Dog Rescue, a local bowling league and World of Life Teens. Tunks is also an active church member, serving as youth group leader and Sunday school teacher. In her free time, Tunks enjoys scrapbooking, bowling, animals, events with international students and their host families, participating in her grandchildren’s activities and spending time with family and friends.

DeVoe is married to Dean DeVoe. They have two children and six grandchildren, all of whom continually participated in the Elkhart County 4-H program.
Retired after teaching for 31 years, DeVoe now serves in various capacities at Trinity Lutheran Church, has leadership responsibilities with the Purdue Club, and participates in retired teachers groups and Maple City Kiwanis. In her free time, DeVoe enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Swartzentruber was married to Norman Swartzentruber for 47 years before he passed away four years ago. She has five children and eight grandchildren. Swartzentruber keeps busy making and selling candy and volunteering at Greencroft and Clinton Frame Mennonite Church. In her free time, Swartzentruber enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including a weekly breakfast with her four siblings.
