Early bird registration is open through Friday night, April 26, with the various prices increasing by $5 after Friday and by an additional $5 the day of the events.
The bicycle race is the main event of Downtown Goshen’s May First Fridays and will be sanctioned by USA Cycling. The two-day event will begin with a bicycle parade at 5 p.m. May 3 before the races begin.
There are several categories of competitions, including several men’s and women’s races and races for citizens, children 3-9 and “juniors” 10-18.
Prizes for the races vary from ribbons to medals to cash.
Though Friday marks the end of early registration, those interested will still be able to register online until midnight Wednesday, May 1. There will also be day-of registration beginning at 3 p.m. May 3.
