GOSHEN — A new space marks a milestone for the Stutsman family and Jami Hawkins, business partners in Live Out Loud Health and Fitness Studio.

L.O.L. just moved into new digs at the southeast corner of Main and Jefferson Streets. Maija Stutsman explained that “before, we were working out of two spaces” downtown.

The new location will allow them to do multiple classes at the same time, Hawkins said.

They’ve offered women’s classes for nearly four years and have offerings in:

• Kick boxing

• Beat box (choreographed kick boxing)

• PowerBarre

• Zoomba

• Core

• Stix

• Talls and smalls (classes for moms and children)

• Moxie

• TRX

They also offer personal trainer services for men and women. Classes are $7 per class with no registration fee or membership, but they offer punch cards and a monthly discounted rate.

They’ll add massage services when the remodel project is done at the end of the summer, Stutsman said.

The whole building will be similarly themed, said Jeremy Stutsman, Maija’s husband and owner of Lofty Ideas, the company which re-did the building which will be called “The Bubble,” after the distinctive windows on the side.

A yoga studio will open in mid-April and the existing salon will still be there, even as the front of the building expands and the lot is transformed to add grass in place of some of the cement out front.

“This is my 41st project in downtown Goshen,” Jeremy Stutsman said. Unlike the majority of those, this one is for himself, with the family owning the building.

Lofty Ideas, around for a dozen years, will be based in the back of the building.

Construction should be complete in a few months. Until then, the entrance to the building is in the back, on the alley side.
