ELKHART — Patrick Industries added Michael Kitson, chief executive officer of Nautic Global Group and former CEO of Utilimaster Corp., to its board.

Kitson, 54, joined Nautic, a boat manufacturer, as chief financial officer in 2010 and became chief executive in March 2011. He’d served as CEO of Utilimaster from 2007 to 2010 and before that was chief financial officer of Utilimaster from 1999 to 2007.
