GOSHEN — After 14 years helping Keystone RV grow, president Matt Zimmerman is picking up duties to oversee sister company Dutchmen RV, and Keystone general manager Aram Koltookian will move into the role of Dutchmen executive vice president.

Thor Industries, the Elkhart-based parent company of both Goshen manufacturers, made the announcement Tuesday, March 19.

Cam Boyer most recently held the position at the head of Dutchmen, and he recently left, said Bob Martin, Thor president. “He is pursuing other opportunities,” Martin said.

In the announcement about the Dutchmen changes, Thor President Bob Martin said, “Matt and Aram have played a major role in Keystone RV’s success over the past 14 years. We plan to draw on their ability to lead a well-managed, customer-focused organization as we focus on accelerating Dutchmen’s growth.”

Zimmerman said in the announcement, “Dutchmen RV has great momentum right now. Itis our primary focus to keep that going as we strengthen all areas of the business to handle further growth. Dutchmen RV will remain independent and continue to develop and bring to market exciting new Dutchmen-branded products. In addition, Dutchmen will continue to operate with its own sales force, engineering staff, product development team and production facilities. The only changes the Dutchmen dealer should see are improved quality and customer support.”

Speaking by phone, Martin said a new general manager will be named for Keystone, and there will be some management shuffling. “There will be definitely some more moves to come, positives and nice promotions for some people. Every time you have an organizational change it makes some nice opportunities,” he said.

“We’re lucky we have a very deep bench,” Martin said.
