OMAHA, Neb. — Melissa Podkovich and Michael Pratt are engaged to be married July 27, 2013, in Omaha.

Miss Podkovich works in Child Protective Services for the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Her mother is Debra (Tom) Templeton. Mr. Pratt, who is formerly of Elkhart, Ind., works for Lincoln Financial Group. His parents are Debra (Denny) Dodge and Jeff (Tanya) Pratt.
