Elkhart woman injured in one-car crash Sunday morning
According to a report from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, Alexandra C. Zylman, 22, was driving west on S.R. 120, east of S.R. 13, around 10 a.m. when her vehicle ran off the north side of the road.
Zylman overcorrected the vehicle and spun sideways before running off the north side of the road and into a ditch.
She was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the driver-side door of her Ford F-150, the report said.
Zylman was taken to Elkhart General Hospital complaining of pain in her back and left arm. She was cited for not wearing a seatbelt.
