MISHAWAKA — Kenzleigh Jenay Eash-Gammage passed away Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, in Memorial Hospital.

Kenzleigh is survived by her father, Thomas Wayne Gammage Jr.; mother Candace Marie Eash; twin sister Brynleigh Alexandra; two half brothers; one half sister; grandmother Andrea (Cephus) Phillips; grandfather Thomas Wayne (Linda) Gammage Sr.; grandmother Dionne Carroll of Elkhart County; and grandfather David Leroy (Casey) Eash.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a memorial service will begin at 7 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Candace for the research of genetic testing for diabetes.
