MISHAWAKA — June Marie (Pendergrass) Crane Worthington, 48, died at 9:44 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013.

She was born Nov. 8, 1964, in South Bend to Clayton D. Pendergrass Sr. and Kay A. (Chamberlain) Troyer.

In December 1984, she married William D. Crane Jr. in Mishawaka. They later divorced.

June married David Worthington in Alabama in 2003. They are still married.

In 2005 she began a loving relationship with Rex Atkinson. The couple were still together at the time of her death.

Survivors include her parents, Clayton D. Pendergrass Sr. and Kay Ann Troyer of Elkhart; siblings Robert (Linda) Buck and Clayton D. Pendergrass Jr., Williamson (Marie) and Cyndi K. Pendergrass; children William (Marjorie), Shawn (Nichole), Daniel and Joseph Crane and Monica (Edward) Macri; grandchildren Kelsey and Aaron Dheane, Michael Radomillie and Sophia and Joshia Crane; stepfather David Troyer of Elkhart; paternal grandmother Frances M. Pendergrass; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Unity Church of Peace, 905 E. Colfax, South Bend, bring a potluck dish and share memories. Per her wishes, her ashes will be scattered from Pikes Peak in Colorado.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the family.

Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements.
