ELKHART — REAL Services is hosting the Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program to help people with or without arthritis stay physically active, reduce pain and improve overall health. The Walk with Ease Program will meet three times a week for six weeks from 9 to 10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting March 4 at the REAL Services office at the Concord Mall, 3701 S Main St. In addition to walking practices, it will include learning about better health, stretching exercises and ways to stay motivated.
