GOSHEN - IU Health Goshen will offer several upcoming fitness classes at Livewell Fitness Center, 1147 Professional Drive. “Spinning for Fun and Fitness” will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Saturdays beginning March 2. Cost is $45 for eight weeks or participants may add a Livewell Membership for an additional $10 (total $55). Individual classes are $3 per session with a reservation. “Family Fun Fitness Hour” will take place Saturdays beginning March 16. Participants may enjoy an hour exercising on spinning bikes and using other equipment while children engage in physical activities and games. Cost is $20 per family for eight Saturdays.
