Ted Nugent to perform at Club Fever in South Bend

SOUTH BEND — Guitarist Ted Nugent is coming to northern Indiana and will play at Club Fever in downtown South Bend on May 12.

The show will begin at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.

Tickets for the show are $39.50 in advance and go on sale at 10 a.m. March 1. They can be purchased at Club Fever during evening club hours or at Orbit Music in Mishawaka, Audio Specialists on State Road 933 North in South Bend, Karma Records locations in Plymouth and Warsaw, The LaPorte Civic Auditorium box office in LaPorte and at Wooden Nickel Records in Fort Wayne.

Tickets can also be purchased online at www.morriscenter.org or www.ticketmaster.com.

Nugent will be joined by guitarist and vocalist Derek St. Holmes, who joined Nugent's band in 1975.

Nugent is best known for his 1977 hit, “Cat Scratch Fever.”

Most recently, he stirred up controversy with strong remarks against gun control and President Barack Obama.
