Jimtown recognizes state wrestling champion Nick Crume

Jimtown High School senior Nick Crume, who won the 126-pound IHSAA state wrestling championship Saturday in Indianapolis, stands beside coach Mark Kerrn and points to his parents while being recognized at halftime of Tuesday’s home basketball game against Fairfield. Crume became Jimtown’s first state wrestling champion since John Campbell in 1968 when he beat Castle’s Luke Welch 3-1 in overtime.
