They were married Feb. 9, 1963, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Edwardsburg.
The couple is celebrating with an open house scheduled for summer of 2013.
Mr. Fackelman is retired from Federal Press/Precision Industries, Elkhart, Ind. Mrs. Fackelman is retired from CTS, Elkhart.
Their children are Terri Archambault, Randy Fackelman and Edward Fackelman.
Their grandchildren are Mandi, James, Aleigha, Tinsley, Shaun, Nicole, Madison, Grace and Samantha.
