ELKHART — Priscilla Rauser, 92, of Elkhart, died at Greenleaf Living Center at 10:43 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013.

She was born Jan. 31, 1920, in Michigan to Harley and Emma Platt. She married Richard Rauser on April 5, 1941; he passed away May 30, 1983. She married Sterling Ramboldt for 17 years, before his passing.

Priscilla was a homemaker and was active in the early development of ADEC. She sang in her church choir, enjoyed playing golf and tennis.

Priscilla is survived by two daughters, Susan Rauser-Liebich of Lodi, Calif., and Diana Rauser-McDowell of Elkhart; four grandchildren, Andrew Liebich, Shawn McDowell-Hermon, Allison Liebich-Colagrossi and Shannon McDowell-May; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Rauser.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home. Private burial will take place in Rice Cemetery.
