ELKHART — Center for Hospice Care needs volunteers in Kosciusko, Elkhart and LaGrange counties and is offering 15 total hours of volunteer training from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 11, 13, 19, 21 and 26 at Center for Hospice Care, 22579 Old U.S. 20 East. No previous health care experience is necessary. Volunteers will serve patients in their homes, in nursing homes or in office or clerical roles. Individuals with licensure/certification in massage therapy, hair styling, pet visitation or notary public are also needed. Volunteer scheduling is flexible.
