WHEATON, Ill. — Thomas Randall “Randy” Kaehr, 61, of Wheaton, was born July 24, 1951, and passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013.

He was the beloved son of Mary Jo Butler King and the late Joseph G. Kaehr; dearest husband for 25 years of Lynda Kaehr née Howard; most loving father of Andrew Thomas and Laura Elizabeth Kaehr; much-loved brother of Timothy (Robin), Anthony (Debra), Eric (Wanda) and Lissa (Tom) Reedy; and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

He was a 1970 graduate of Elkhart (Ind.) High School and a 1976 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in architecture, which he practiced his entire life.

He was a car enthusiast, enjoyed home improvement projects and was a fan of “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” He was loved by many and will be missed by more.

Memorial visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, with a time of remembrance at 3 p.m. at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton.
