ELKHART — A one-car crash Tuesday night sent a Vandalia, Mich. man to the hospital for lacerations on his head and neck pain.

Anthony Miller, 88, was driving south on C.R. 17 in his truck just before 10:30 p.m. As he turned onto the westbound on-ramp of U.S. 20, he lost control of the vehicle, which moved off the south side of the roadway and flipped. The car came to rest on his passenger side.

The vehicle was totaled and Miller was sent to Elkhart General Hospital.
