BRISTOL — Megan Gonterman has joined the Humane Society of Elkhart County as the assistant director. Gonterman formerly served as director of the Morgan County Humane Society, and has worked at four shelters and volunteered with various rescue organizations. She has also assisted in veterinary clinics and has a law enforcement degree.
Gonterman’s duties at the Humane Society of Elkhart County will include supervision of animal control, organizing the volunteers, managing rescue coordination and assisting director Anne Reel in day-to-day shelter management duties.
Richard Miller Construction
ELKHART — The Builders Association of Elkhart County inducted Richard Miller of Richard Miller Construction as its 2013 president. Miller was also president of the Builders Association in 1988.
Wells Fargo Advisors
ELKHART — Elizabeth Naquin Borger, senior vice president-investments of the Elkhart Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, attended the Barron’s Winner’s Circle Top Women Advisors Summit, which promotes best practices in the industry. The invitation only conference was Nov. 28-30 at the Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla.
Indiana Manufacturers Association
INDIANAPOLIS — Tim Rushenberg has joined the Indiana Manufacturers Association as vice president of governmental affairs and tax policy.
Rushenberg most recently was president of SRI Inc. in Indianapolis and was also part of Gov. Mitch Daniels’ administration, where he served as commissioner of the Department of Local Government Finance. He will lead the IMA’s governmental affairs activities and tax policy consulting and lobbying efforts.

SOUTH BEND — Press Ganey Associates Inc. has named Jonathan Black as the new chief operating officer and Paul Worland as president of operations.
Black, who joined the company in 2012 after serving as chief executive officer of Omnis Health, brings expertise in managing operations of complex health care organizations and in integration, operational alignment and implementation of efficiencies. As chief operating officer, Black is responsible for the overall business management, ensuring high-quality client services and solutions.
Worland, a 12-year veteran of the company who served as a performance management and training consultant in the retail banking, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, will continue to establish and maintain operational procedures, effectiveness and quality control. Additionally, he will manage the business integration of Morehead Associates.
SOUTH BEND — Thor Industries Inc. has named Dominic Romeo as senior vice president and chief financial officer effective Feb. 4. Romeo served most recently as vice president and chief financial officer of publicly traded IDEX Corp.
Thor also announced the promotion of Colleen Zuhl to vice president and corporate controller effective Feb. 4. Zuhl has served as interim chief financial officer since Oct. 15, having previously served as director of finance. In Zuhl’s new role as corporate controller, all of Thor’s corporate finance and accounting functions will report to her.
