Employment session for young adults with autism in Goshen

GOSHEN — A session about employment for young adults on the autism spectrum will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 24 at Eighth-Street Mennonite Church, 602 S. 8th Street. Families and others involved with those on the autism spectrum are invited to brainstorm and give feedback about work and employment for young adults on the autism spectrum. Jan Pilarski, professor at Saint Mary’s College and parent of a young adult son with autism, is developing Green Bridge Growers, a social venture built around a core workforce of young adults with autism.
