Beginners Tai Chi and Cardio Boot Camp offered in Goshen
Beginner’s Tai Chi, taught in collaboration with the Arthritis Foundation, focuses on increasing flexibility, strengthening muscles and improving cardio-respiratory fitness. Boot camp combines strength, cardio conditioning, plyometrics and functional movements. Participants can monitor results with a free pre- and post-fitness assessment. Prizes are awarded to the most improved participants.
