The chamber staff will be at Maple City Bowl, 1300 West Pike St., from noon to 5 p.m.
Teams of five are $200 and individuals are $40. The price includes shoes, three games of bowling, a pizza buffet, drinks and snacks for the afternoon.
Space is limited to 24 teams. Registration is available by calling the Chamber at 533-2102 or by faxing this form to 533-2103.
