Elkhart County Sheriff's Department to honor retiring jail chaplain

ELKHART — The public is invited to join the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department to honor Mike Kupke, who is retiring after 28 years of service as jail chaplain of the Elkhart County Jail.

An open house is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday in the lower level training room at the Law Enforcement Center, 26861 C.R. 26 in Elkhart.
