SAN DIEGO — Mary Jane Harman, 94, of San Diego passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, in San Diego, where she resided for the past 57 years.

She was born Jan. 22, 1918, in Elkhart, Ind., to Fred and Francis Elliott.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Harman; her brothers, Fred Elliott, Jack Elliott and Warren William Elliott; and her sister, Jean (Foster) Wear.

She is survived by her son, Craig Morgan (Winnie) of Palm Harbor, Fla.; daughter Cynthia Lawrence (Michael) of San Diego; grandson Steve Lawrence; granddaughters Christie Ocampo (Carlos), Marianne Lawrence and Tracy Lawrence; and five great-grandchildren.

The family will gather to receive friends for one hour prior to the 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, service at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, 403 W. Franklin St., Elkhart.

Burial will follow in Rice Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Huntington’s Disease Society of America.
