ELKHART — Joel D. Duthie has been named a partner at Barnes and Thornburg’s Elkhart office. He will work in the corporate department and labor and employment law department.

FORT WAYNE — Chad Orlikowski has earned the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Private Cloud certification. This award demonstrates his expertise in managing and implementing Microsoft private cloud computing technologies, as well as his ability to build solutions across multiple technologies.

Orlikowski serves as vice president of operations for ENS Group.



South Bend Airport

SOUTH BEND — Lisa Jump has been hired as human resource manager for South Bend Airport. She succeeds Frank Flanagan, who is retiring. She will be responsible for overseeing development and implementation of all human resource policies, programs and services.

Jump previously served as human resource manager for the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library system. She has more than 12 years of experience in human resource management.
