The couple married Dec. 22, 1972, at Yellow Creek Church of the Brethren in Goshen.
Their children hosted an open house to celebrate.
Mr. Cripe is an advertising account executive at Chore Time Brock in Milford. Mrs. Cripe is a registered nurse at IU Health Goshen.
Their children are Derek (Heather) Cripe and Neil (Crista) Cripe, both of New Paris.
They have four grandchildren.
