DEMOTTE — Shyla Hesson and Nathan Brown are engaged to be married on June 15, 2013, at Sandy Pines Golf Resort in DeMotte.

Miss Hesson is the daughter of Eugene and Kim Wright and Jeff Hesson of Rensselaer. She graduated from Rensselaer High School and Ivy Tech Community College with a business degree. She is the owner of Cutting Room in Rensselaer.

Mr. Brown is the son of Steve and Annette Brown of Wakarusa. He graduated from NorthWood High School and Purdue University with a degree in agronomic business and marketing. He works at Peterson Ag Service in Remington.
