Cass County, Mich. 4-H members create, donate cards to service members

Members of Cass County 4-H created and donated 721 cards for American service members through the Holiday Mail for Heroes program. Cass County 4-H program coordinator Stephanie Timm challenged the county 4-H clubs to make 350 cards this year. The 4-H program first started participating in the community service program in 2011 and donated 246 cards the first year. Holiday Mail for Heroes is sponsored by the American Red Cross and Pitney Bowes.
