The new Sufficient Grounds Cafe and Campus Store was dedicated at Bethel College at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3.

The store is a $1.1 million facility inside a new building on LaSalle Avenue, across from the Evert-Rohrer Chapel on the college’s main campus. At the event, Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood gave a proclamation commemorating the community of the student body at the campus.

The cafe opened Nov. 26 and the store, formerly named The Bookstore, was open for the duration of construction and now offers convenience items in addition to textbooks and apparel.
