Cass County Council on Aging has announced the addition of Patty Patano as director of development and community relations.

Patano has worked with Hope’s Door Ministries and Bridges out of Poverty and serves on the board for those organizations in addition to the Southwestern Michigan College Foundation. She has worked in nonprofit fundraising and public relations for several large organizations outside of Cass County.

In her new role, Patano will oversee fundraising efforts for COA programs and services and work to increase community awareness to Cass County residents who could benefit from COA services.
