ELKHART — Miranda Renee Hullinger and Ryan Allen Brantley are engaged to be married Jan. 12, 2013, at the Lerner Crystal Ballroom in Elkhart.

Miss Hullinger graduated from Brown Mackie College and is a licensed practical nurse at Memorial Home Care. Her parents are Brian and Tammy Smittendorf of Elkhart.

Mr. Brantley attended Purdue University and is a surveyor at Jones, Petrie, Rafinski Company. His parents are Russell Brantley of Elkhart and Theresa and Jeff Cole of Goshen.
