Amberwood Terrace Chiropractic is awarding “Gift of Health” services to one community member in December.

The gift is intended for an individual with a serious health condition. Services may include chiropractic care, physical therapy, spinal decompression or massage therapy; total value could reach $5,000 in care.

Applications will be accepted through Dec. 14. Individuals may apply for themselves or win by third-party nomination. For more information call 522-2255.
