One man killed, another arrested after White Pigeon crash on Sunday

WHITE PIGEON, Mich. — One White Pigeon man was killed and another White Pigeon man was arrested after a crash in the 69000 block of Kalamazoo Street early Sunday morning.

Eric Hill, 23, was driving northbound on Kalamazoo Street around 3 a.m. when he struck Jeremy Overton, 35, who was walking northbound in the roadway.

Overton died on scene.

Hill was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for operating while intoxicated causing death and booked at the St. Joseph County Jail.
