ELKHART — One person is dead and two people are injured after a shooting at Gemini Bar and Grill, 23845 U.S. Highway 33, early Friday morning.

Police responded to a call of shots fired at the bar around 2:54 a.m., according to a press release from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department. When they arrived on scene, sheriff’s deputies found three people with gunshot wounds. One of the wounds was fatal.

The names of the victims have not been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
