Bittersweet Medical Associates, part of the Elkhart General Medical Group, is the first and only physician practice office in Indiana to receive a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

NCQA recognizes Bittersweet Medical Associates’ goal to reduce hospitalizations, lower medical costs and enhance quality of life.
