The Bethany Christian High School speech team won several awards at the Archer Invitational at Fort Wayne South Side on Nov. 10.

Corey Hostetler, a junior, won third place in prose interpretation. Rachel A. Schrock, a junior, took fifth place in varsity poetry, while Lena Yeakey, a sophomore, won fifth place in varsity Congress. Delan Schrock, a sophomore, won sixth place in novice domestic extemporaneous speaking and also earned his first National Forensic League merit degree.
