ELKHART COUNTY — One person was killed and three others were taken to the hospital after a crash in Benton Township on Monday evening, Nov. 19.

According to an Elkhart County dispatcher, a truck and mo-ped were involved in the accident, which occurred just before 7 p.m. on C.R. 50 between C.R. 33 and C.R. 35.

The dispatcher could not specify who of those involved had died and who were injured.
