ELKHART — Kelsey Culp and Tristan McNeal are engaged to be married Dec. 22, 2012, at Hillcrest United Methodist Church in Elkhart.

Miss Culp is a graduate of Elkhart Memorial High School and is employed at Patrick IND. She is the daughter of Susan and Calvin Culp of Elkhart.

Mr. McNeal attended Elkhart Memorial and graduated from Edwardsburg (Mich.) High School. He is employed by Geocel. He is the son of Kim Clement of Elkhart.
