Elkhart man sentenced to 8 years in prison on meth charges
Lee pleaded guilty to dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony, Oct. 18. He was sentenced to eight years in prison and six on probation.
Lee was arrested Aug. 2 for manufacturing meth. During his sentencing hearing he agreed to be enrolled in addictions treatment.
He told Judge Terry Shewmaker he wanted to start over and move on from the use of drugs.
“I consider myself a new man,” he said. “I want to do a lot of things I’ve missed out on because of the drugs.”
