Banks recognized by Small Business Administration

ELKHART — Three banks with local offices were among seven lenders recognized by the Indiana office of the U.S. Small Business Administration for supporting small businesses in the state.

KeyBank was recognized for the most dollars among all lenders under one program, at $29.6 million.

The SBA recognized 1st Source Bank for the most loans under that same program, 87, for a mid-sized bank.

Chase Bank was recognized for the most support under another program, with 21 loans.
