INDIANAPOLIS — Robert K. Robisch, an attorney for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, was recently named the 2012 winner of the Legal Award of Merit by the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA).

@Normal:The purpose of the award is to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the study and advancement of unemployment insurance law in the United States. Particularly, NASWA cited Robisch’s role in the development of unemployment tax regulations defining the rights and responsibilities of claimants and employees, as well as his work developing training programs and experience with cases that reached the Indiana Supreme Court.
