EDWARDSBURG — Duo-Form Corp. is reorganizing into Duo-Form Plastics, LLC, in order to transition management, leadership and ownership to current members of the company’s management team.

George G. Thomas will step down as president and chief executive and turn management over to the management team. Michael D. Ganger is the new president, and he saidthe reorganization won’t affect customers or vendors.

“The team and I are very excited about the future. We’re launching some great new programs in 2013 and penetrating new market segments,” he said.
